My grandfather and grandmother were friends with Russ Westover. When I was cleaning out their home many years ago, I found where Mr. Westover had sketched a caricature of them, my mother, my father, brother and me. Who should I contact to see if they have any value to someone.
Looking for similar items on Ebay would probably be your best bet. Good luck!
